OUR DYNAMIC KEYNOTE SPEAKER
We are honored to be joined by Washington’s own Robert B. Haase, a Keynote and Motivational Speaker, and owner of Haase and Associates, Inc. Diagnosed with Tongue Cancer in 2008, and a reoccurance in 2013, he went through 14 surgeries, and was told his speaking career might well be over. He was determined to not let cancer take away what he loved doing, and has fought his way back, but with a new purpose. He’s using his story and experience to help others who are dealing with hardship and adversity.
“Robert is a class act. He made the event what it was with his charm and grace. He connected with the audience and was a delight to work with.” ~ Trinette Baer-Kowalski, Gilda’s Club

OUR VERY SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER
We are equally honored to welcome the amazing Anna Gottlieb, who is the Executive Director of Cancer Pathways ( formerly Gilda’s Club of Seattle ). She had seen an article in People Magazine about the first Gilda’s Club opening in New York City and was so intrigued that she went to see it for herself. She immediately knew that it was something the Northwest needed, and after a long four years of raising money and spreading the word, she was finally able to open the doors. In the 15 years it’s been operating, it has touched over 200,000 people living with cancer, and all the services are free of charge.
For more information on Anna and her mission visit her website at http://cancerpathways.org
A big thank you to Blue Mouse Theatre for generously donating our wonderful venue.
Please note: Food is not included with the event, but is available for purchase at the theater concession.
